Children of Chaos
Order from Chaos
Growing up in a home with an addicted or highly dysfunctional parent means learning some pretty unique skills—thought patterns and behaviors that help you survive. The catch? As adults, those same survival skills can keep us stuck in cycles of chaos if we don’t take a step back to recognize and reshape them.
The good news? Change is absolutely possible. It takes some reflection, a bit of unlearning, and a healthy dose of self-compassion, but with time and effort, that chaos can quiet down. And in its place? A life that feels a little less like survival and a lot more like peace.

Let’s talk about self-determination, the beauty of conscious living, and how to dream a better future into existence, one step at a time.
